The Women's Reflection Group is an open, safe, non-judgmental space for women to reflect on and heal their relationship with food & their bodies with the support of a community.
The Women's Group takes place the fourth Wednesday of every month in Washington D.C. (location to be determined).
The group welcomes any woman who wants to develop a healthy, sane, joyful, and intuitive relationship with food & body and doesn't want to do it alone!

Losing control around food.
Thinking about food all the time.
Jumping from one diet to another (including that detox, that cleanse...)
Feeling guilt, fear and shame around food.
Missing out on life out of fear of not being able to eat "right" or show their bodies.
Fighting with the way your body looks, and see it as an impediment to professional success or stable relationships.
