We work together for 8 to 12 sessions to help you transform your relationship with food. Sessions (50 minutes) are held weekly via Google Hangouts*. This option includes books and materials, support via text, and quick check-in calls between sessions.  Disponible en español.

Stop Obsessing about Food is a self-study course offered in 8 learning modules. Each module, released on Monday over 8 weeks, includes videos, audios, reflection prompts, and skill-building exercises. 


This course has all you need to become the woman who enjoys food, feels healthy and consistent, and takes care of herself without obsession.
